Selected Experience & Representative Work

Much of my work takes place in a confidential, donor-funded, and institutionally sensitive context. For this reason, the examples below are presented as representative experience, focusing on scope, role, and responsibility rather than named endorsements.

Where appropriate, additional detail can be shared privately upon request.

Approach to Visibility & Trust

Grant & Donor-Funded Work

Advisory and hands-on involvement in institutional grant processes, donor reporting, and funded project oversight across education, healthcare, and community-based initiatives — with a strong emphasis on accountability, ethical narrative, and long-term sustainability.

HR Systems & Governance

Design and review of people systems, employment frameworks, and internal governance structures for NGOs and growing organisations, ensuring compliance, organisational wellbeing, and responsible decision-making.

Cross-Sector & International Contexts

Experience working across NGOs, universities, foundations, and social initiatives, engaging with both Indonesian and international stakeholders in complex, cross-cultural environments

Career & Leadership Transitions

Structured, non-clinical mentoring support for early- and mid-career professionals — particularly women — navigating career, institutional, and life transitions in uncertain and AI-influenced contexts.

Representative Areas of Engagement

My work priorities:

  • Confidentiality over promotion

  • Judgement over volume

  • Trust over visibility

I do not use client logos or public endorsements by default, as much of this work relies on discretion and long-term institutional trust.

A Note on Documentation

Selected case summaries, anonymised examples, or supporting materials may be shared in private conversations, where context, scope, and expectations are aligned.
